Patient R.A., M., 60 years old, smoker, high blood pressure and overweight.

Two 4.1x 7mm implants on 46-47 abutments both TM 4mm diameter 6.5×6.5 were performed in 2011 (FIGURE 1). He misses recall checkups. It was not until 2015 that he presented to the office for radiographic checkup with orthopantomography (FIGURE 2). In 2018, following fracture of 37 and 15, of whose poor condition he was made aware early on, 4.1x7 mm implant is placed on both 15, 37 and 25 (FIGURE 4). An M4mm 5x4mm abutment and composite prosthesis is placed on the 37.
In 2019-2020 check on the lower sectors (FIGURES 5 - 6).
