MECHANICAL DRAFTSPERSON

Responsibilities:
- Design and development of mechanical components for dental implants.

- Use of CAD drawing and design software to create detailed schematics.

- Collaboration with the production team to ensure the precise execution of projects.

- Implementation and management of quality systems to ensure regulatory compliance.

- Active participation in the continuous improvement process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Experience in mechanical design, preferably in the medical or dental sector.

- Knowledge of CAD software, such as SolidWorks.

- Experience in the control and management of quality systems.

- Precision and a focus on quality.

LOGISTICS OFFICER

Responsibilities:
-
Effective management of the warehouse, including inventory and reordering of materials to ensure uninterrupted production.

- Coordination of international shipments, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with customs regulations.

- Collaboration with suppliers and courier companies to negotiate competitive rates and improve delivery times.

- Supervision and tracking of shipments, providing regular updates to customers and resolving any shipping issues.

- Organization of efficient storage systems to optimize space and facilitate quick access to products.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics, preferably in manufacturing or international shipping.

- Comprehensive knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures.

- Proficiency in using inventory management software and shipment tracking systems.

- Ability to negotiate with suppliers and carriers to secure the best possible terms.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple shipments simultaneously and maintain accurate inventory records.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - JUNIOR

Responsibilities:
- Support
with daily administrative tasks, including email, phone calls, and schedule management.

- Process documents, reports, and presentations using office software (such as Microsoft Office).

- Manage document filing and maintain general office organization.

- Assist in preparing for meetings, including booking meeting rooms and preparing necessary materials.

- Liaise with other departments to coordinate internal administrative activities.

- Provide support in processing basic accounting documents, such as recording expenses and income.

- Respond to requests from clients and suppliers in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business administration or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of office software, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
